Drivers who wish to work for Whitley Logistics, Inc. must meet certain minimum criteria to be deemed eligible for employment. These standards are meant to allow Whitley Logistics, Inc. to provide our customers with the high standard of service that Whitley Logistics is known for.

Applicants must meet the minimums listed below to be considered for hiring:

  • Minimum of 23 years old with 2 years of recent over-the-road CDL Class A driving experience.
  • Must have a current DOT Medical Card and be able to pass DOT Physical and Drug and Alcohol Screen.
  • Verifiable employment history for the last 10 years; any gaps in employment must be explained.
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the past year.
  • No at-fault or preventable accidents in the past 3 years.
  • No DUIs or other alcohol-related incidents in the past 3 years.
  • Must pass a criminal background check – Subject for review
